众所周知,做专业的光学透镜,从研发到模具再到生产,每开发一个产品,这种完整的工业链是必备条件。

After the exhibition, many guests contacted us to inquire about the product information of Kirin platform. So I sorted out my ideas, and systematically explained the relevant information about the Kirin platform. Many friends have this question: Why did Herculux develop the Kirin optical platform?

As we all know, this complete industrial chain is a prerequisite for every product we develop from R&D to molds to production of professional optical lenses.

从图片的麒麟大转盘可以看到,这个平台上的产品是非常多的,恒坤之所以耗费大量的时间,人力,财力去开发这个平台,为的就是帮助客人解决问题,节约成本。

As you can see from the Kirin turntable in the picture, there are many products on this platform. The reason why we spends a lot of time, manpower and financial resources to develop this platform is to help customers solve problems and save costs.

麒麟光学平台的开发,帮助客人解决了以下痛点:

一:蜂窝孔散热器现象 Radiator honeycomb hole

由于设计师或者终端客人要求变更光学效果,需要更换光源或者透镜,避免不了光源支架的更换,导致散热器上需要针对不同的支架进行打孔,最终散热器上出现若干对螺丝孔,安装和定位极其不方便,工厂的生产装配效率也受影响。

As designers or terminal customers require changes in optical effects (COB, lens, COB holder), which will result in the need to perforate different brackets on the radiator. That will lead to the punch holes for different holder on the heat sink. Finally several pairs of screw holes appear on the radiator, which is extremely inconvenient for installation and positioning, the production and assembly efficiency of the factory is also affected.

二:免焊支架适配性差The solder-free holder has poor adaptability

这个现象,国外的客人比较容易遇到,常规的光学,无法跟BJB等免焊支架进行装配,而且可焊线的支架也无法与之互换,导致一些做出口灯具的客户,需要针对免焊支架单独设计散热器和灯具,造成重复开发投入。

This problem may be more common for foreign customers. Conventional optics cannot be assembled with solder-free holder such as BJB.Further more, the solderable holder can not be interchanged with it. This has caused some customers who are exporting lamps to design radiators and lamps separately for solder-free holder, causing repeated development investment.

三:深防眩效果差 Bad deep anti-glare effect

有些灯具即使做了防眩结构,由于透镜本身防眩处理不好,导致整个灯具非常依旧刺眼。

Some lighting are still very dazzling even if they are made of anti-glare structure cause the lens itself is not handled properly.

四:深防眩洗墙光斑分层 Deep anti-glare wall washing spot layering

为了做更好的防眩效果,灯具厂家不得不加更深的防眩罩,防眩效果有了,但是偏光洗墙的时候,光斑出现分层,不均匀等现象。

In order to do a better anti-glare effect, lighting manufacturers have to more focus on deeper anti-glare shield, anti-glare effect achieved but polarized wall wash when delamination spots, uneven and other problems.

五:光学互换性差 Bad Optical Interchange

常规的透镜,由于定位方式,安装结构等因素,导致不同应用的光学透镜,无法进行一比一互换。当设计师需要快速看到其他应用的效果时,灯具厂家需要针对不同的透镜,不断的调整灯具结构,非常的麻烦。

Conventional lenses cannot be interchanged pin-to-pin for optical lenses of different applications due to factors such as positioning method and installation structure. When designers need to see the effects of other applications when designing, the luminaire manufacturer needs to respond quickly to continuously adjust the structure of the luminaire for different lenses, which makes the factory very troublesome.
